    qb has a choice of three data plans to suit your calling and data needs:

    When your plan has expired, you are still able to access the internet, but you will be charged at 1C/MB.

  • 8. Can I subscribe to more than one plan of Data Xchange at the same time?

    Yes. You can subscribe to multiple plans of Data Xchange at the same time, and your data will be accumulated up to maximum of 50GB. Please note that the validity of all concurrent plans will follow that of the most recently subscribed to plan.

  • 15. What happens when my Xtra Value plan has expired?

    When your plan has expired, you are still able to access the internet, but you will be charged at 1C/MB.

  • 16. Can I subscribe to more than one plan of Xtra Value at the same time?

    Yes. You can subscribe to multiple plans of Xtra Value at the same time and data will be accumulated up to maximum of 6GB. Please note that the validity of all concurrent plans will follow that of the most recently subscribed to plan.

  • 17. How can I transfer my credit to my friends and family (BADABING)?

    BADABING is a free credit transfer service for all qb customers to transfer your credit from your qb account to your friends and family's account. Before you can use this service, you have to register first to get your PIN code in order to secure your account - this PIN code you can choose by yourself from 4 to 8 digits and it has to be complex (not 2222, 2233 or 1234..etc). Please follow the instructions below.

    • To use the BADABING g service, you need to register via SMS by typing:
      REG [space] pin code (4 to 8 digits) send to 383
    • To use the service please follow the instruction below.
    • To transfer your credit to your friend and family via SMS by typing:
      p2p [space] phone number [space] amount [space] pin code send to 383
  • 18. How can I Top Up the accounts for my friends and family (qb Mee)?

    qb Mee is a free service for all qb customers to top for your friends and family . They do not need to have the Top Ups card or pins, but you can just get the card and Top Up for them by dialing *133*pin code*phone number# and send. Registration is not required for this service.

  • 19. What is qb Friend?

    qb has great service to help customers find new friends via a calling and an SMS chatting service. To register with qb Friend dial or send an SMS to 2442. You just pay 7c per day. For more details please click here.

  • 22. How can I Top Up and where can I Top Up?

    You can Top Up by physical scratch card or electronically via qb Shops, qb Partner locations, Wing, truemoney and a number of leading Banks through their ATM machines.

  • 23. What are the Top Up validities?

    qb's Top Up validities are as follows:

    • $1 valid for 28 days
    • $2 valid for 40 days
    • $5 valid for 60 days
    • $10 valid for 70 days
    • $20 valid for 100 days
    • $50 valid for 200 days

    If your Top Ups overlap, the validity will follow the longest expiry date. The remaining expired balance will be accumulated if you Top Up before your account has been deactivated. For more details, please click here

  • 24. How to Top Up?

    There are two ways you can do your Top Up.

    • PIN-Based Top Up: via both scratch cards and electronic channels you will need the 13 digit PIN number; then simply dial *133*pin code # and press send
    • PIN-Less Top Up: via electronic channels only; simply give/enter your phone number as instructed to any qb partners—Wing, ASIA WEI LUY, ding* (ezetop.com) -- who have that service, and they will Top Up for you straight away.

  • 32. Can I change ownership of my qb number?

    Yes. Please bring along the original ID Card/documents of both the new and current owner to the qb showroom located at either # 825 ABC, Preah Monivong Blvd, or Phnom Penh International Airport booth.   • 33. My SIM card is lost or stolen, what should I do?

    Call 013 300 300 to temporarily suspend your account. You will also be guided through the steps that you need to take to get a new SIM with your existing number.

  • 34. How will I know if my number is about to be deactivated?

    Your number will be deactivated when your account is 90 days out of validity of your Top Up nominations. We always send out a warning message prior to deactivation. If you're unsure of your account status and your balance is $0.00, press #132# and send. The reply message will let you know the deactivation date.
